Can i use always the same fees and delay time?
You can, but we suggest varying your settings from time to time for better privacy protection.
How long does the bitcoin mixing process take?
The duration depends on the time delay you selected and current blockchain speed. The entire process never exceeds 24 hours.

The Letter of Guarantee verifies that the shown Bitcoin address belongs to our servers. Download and review it before sending any coins. It is also required when contacting support about a specific transaction — without it, we cannot assist you.
How can i verify my Letter of Guarantee?

What are the minimum and maximum mixing amount?
Our minimum mixing amount is 0.0015 BTC per added output address. For your and our protection we operate several nodes and cold wallets with different balance.
Why do you use a random send time delay for multiple output addresses?
For your protection and it complicates the linking to your other output addresses. If you select more than 1 output address, we add a random time delay of several seconds for each additional one.
