FAQS

Some questions and answers that will help you with Coinomize and Bitcoin Mixing.

What is Coinomize?

Coinomize is a Bitcoin tumbling service that lets BTC holders anonymize their transactions so nobody can track their coins. Without a mixer, anyone can follow your wallet addresses and payment history on the Blockchain.

What are the REAL Coinomize Domains?

Our main domain is "coinomize.money". Please make sure that you always use our domain and not a scam site. Save our links!

How many Confirmations are needed?

Sending Bitcoins to Coinomize requires just a single blockchain confirmation before processing begins.

What logs are kept by Coinomize?

Zero logs are retained — neither your IP nor Bitcoin addresses. Orders are automatically purged within 24-72 hours depending on your chosen delay, or you can remove them manually. Always save the Letter of Guarantee in case you need support later.

How can I contact you if I have any questions or problems?

Open a support ticket and we will reply as quickly as we can. Typical response time is a few hours, with a maximum of 24 hours. Every ticket receives a thorough and helpful response.

How much are the mixing fee?

You set the fee yourself — anywhere from 1% to 5% based on the level of anonymity you require, plus a 0.0003 BTC network fee.

What is the Coinomize Code?

Once you complete your first mix on Coinomize, a unique code is generated for you. This code ensures you never receive your own coins from past transactions. Apply it to every future mixing order.

Can i use always the same fees and delay time?

You can, but we suggest varying your settings from time to time for better privacy protection.

How long does the bitcoin mixing process take?

The duration depends on the time delay you selected and current blockchain speed. The entire process never exceeds 24 hours.

Whats the different between bitcoin mixing service, tumbler and laundry?

These terms are interchangeable — they all refer to the same type of service.

Can i access Coinomize via Tor Browser (Onion)?

Yes you can. Just use our Tor Address: coino2q64k4fg3lkjsnhjeydzwykw22a56u5nf2rdfzkjuy3jbwvypqd.onion

What is a Letter of Guarantee?

The Letter of Guarantee verifies that the shown Bitcoin address belongs to our servers. Download and review it before sending any coins. It is also required when contacting support about a specific transaction — without it, we cannot assist you.

How can i verify my Letter of Guarantee?

Most wallets allow you to verify signed messages. With Electrum, for example, click on "Tools->Encrypt/Decrypt message". Enter your message and signature from the Letter of Guarantee. We use this address to sign all messages: "1CrywjDEzzpEMxdWzCDgtmZ3Tr57XrnANV".

How to use the Coinomize Mobile App?

Download our app from the Coinomize home page and install it. You may need to enable "Unknown sources" on your phone to install our app. For more protection, you can use an android vpn app.

What are the minimum and maximum mixing amount?

Our minimum mixing amount is 0.0015 BTC per added output address. For your and our protection we operate several nodes and cold wallets with different balance.

Why do you use a random send time delay for multiple output addresses?

For your protection and it complicates the linking to your other output addresses. If you select more than 1 output address, we add a random time delay of several seconds for each additional one.
